Contender Solutions resources are all fully certified individuals with real world experience and extremely familiar with deploying the ServiceNow platform (both self-hosted and cloud enabled) in complex global enterprises.  In addition, all Contender consultants are certified in one or all of the following: ServiceNow Administration, ServiceNow Implementation, and ServiceNow Application Development.  Additionally, Contender resources regularly access the ServiceNow Partner Portal and the Champion Enablement Center for technical documents, training/information about new releases, transition improvements and future capabilities.  Contender Solutions team members believe that a successful project is itself founded on two critical success factors: (1) the identification and specification of high quality, measurable project requirements based on your mission objectives (as defined in the proposal) and (2) your project readiness (thoroughness of planning, training of project personnel, and availability of project resources and services).

Our proposed solutions and delivery methodologies follows ServiceNow StartNow methodology.  The true measure of a services organization is through its customer satisfaction track record. During the project, Contender will conduct daily “scrum” meetings as well as weekly project briefings to ensure that requirements are being met. Contender also surveys each customer post implementation.  Each survey is reported back to ServiceNow for verification.  To date, Contender’s satisfaction rating is 9.5 out of 10.
